Kelowna South, located very closet to downtown on the south side of Kelowna has the world-renowned Kelowna General Hospital along with lovely areas of well-established streets, beautiful sandy beaches, and lakeside estates. Although you won’t find views in this area, you will find a great dog park, some good schools – Kelowna Secondary School is a large, well-established school with a great athletics program, and some quaint little boutiques, cafes and restaurants. Most of this area is very walkable, with only 5 minutes to downtown Kelowna!
